1. Coverage & Delivery Destinations
At ETE Tradings, we provide reliable and secure shipping for all industrial devices and technical measuring instruments to all regions and cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:
- Central Region: Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Qassim, Hail, etc.
- Western Region: Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, Taif, Yanbu, etc.
- Eastern Region: Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Khafji, etc.
- Southern & Northern Regions: Abha, Jazan, Tabuk, Arar, Najran, Al-Jouf, etc.
2. Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Order Processing: Standard technical checks, calibration confirmation, and packaging are completed within 1 to 2 business days from payment authorization.
- Within Riyadh: Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
- Other KSA Cities: Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days.
Note: Official public holidays and weekends are excluded from the estimated delivery window.
3. Shipping Rates & Fees
- Free Delivery: Applies to orders shipped within Saudi Arabia with a total value exceeding 500 SAR.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below 500 SAR, a flat rate of 30 SAR (inclusive of VAT) is charged at checkout.
4. Logistics & Shipping Partners
We partner with leading licensed courier services in Saudi Arabia (such as SMSA Express, Aramex, and DHL) to ensure your technical equipment and tools are delivered safely and damage-free.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a text message (SMS) and email containing the Waybill / Tracking Number and a direct tracking link to follow your shipment's journey.
6. Damaged Shipments
All items undergo shockproof packaging before dispatch. If you notice external damage to the package or product upon delivery, please reject the shipment and contact our support team within 48 hours at info@etetradings.com with photographs of the damage. We will dispatch a replacement order immediately.
