2. Eligibility & Electronic Contracting
The client declares that they possess the necessary legal capacity to complete purchasing transactions and enter into contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The electronic contract becomes binding once the payment is completed and order confirmation is sent.
3. Products, Pricing & VAT
- We endeavor to display accurate and up-to-date product descriptions and technical specifications for all industrial and measurement equipment.
- All prices displayed are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- All transactions are subject to the statutory 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) in the Kingdom. The tax amount will be clearly presented in the invoice summary before checkout.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
4. Payment Methods
We offer secure, Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)-compliant payment gateways including Mada cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. The order value must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship products to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through authorized logistics and courier services.
- Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on weight and destination and are clearly displayed to the client before payment completion.
- Estimated delivery ranges between 3 to 7 business days from the order confirmation date. ETE Tradings is not liable for shipping delays beyond its reasonable control, including courier bottlenecks or force majeure.
6. Intellectual Property
All contents published on this online store, including logos, images, graphics, designs, text, software, and source code, are the exclusive intellectual property of ETE Tradings and are protected under the intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws of Saudi Arabia. These Terms & Conditions and all commercial operations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations). Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
